OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests listed on the booking confirmation are permitted to stay in the rooms.

FOOD TIMINGS & KITCHEN AVAILABILITY

Diner opening hours: 8:00 AM

MEAL TIMINGS

Breakfast:8:30 AM onwards

Lunch:1:00 PM – 2:45 PM

Snacks:5:30 PM – 7:45 PM*

Dinner:9:15 PM – 10:30 PM

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner must be consumed at the diner.
Food is not permitted inside guest rooms.
Meal orders must be placed well in advance. Food items are bought based on guest orders.
Diner closes at 10:30 PM.

PROPERTY & DAMAGE

Damages: Guests will be held accountable for any loss, breakage, or damage to resort property, furnishings, or linen caused during their stay.

Valuables: We recommend our in-house guests take appropriate care of their personal belongings throughout their stay.

Guests are requested to lock their rooms when not inside.

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION

Valid Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID Card) is mandatory for all guests at the time of booking and check-in.
Unmarried couples are welcome, subject to valid age and identity verification.
Failure to produce valid identification may result in denial of check-in.

ROOM CONDUCT & SAFETY

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside rooms; however, it will be permitted in designated smoking zones across the premise.

Cigarette butts must be completely stubbed out and disposed of only in the designated smoking zones.
Keep rooms and common areas extremely tidy.
Do not stub or dispose cigarette butts openly or anywhere other than the ashtray.

Note: Any violation of this rule may attract additional cleaning charge.

NO COOKING

Cooking, heating appliances, or open flames are prohibited inside rooms due to fire hazards.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are enforced from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM to respect other guests.

Loud music is not permitted after 10:30 PM.
Guests travelling with their own Bluetooth speakers are allowed to play music at moderate sound levels inside their rooms, ensuring they are respectful of other guests’ privacy.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Firearms, explosives, illegal drugs, and highly flammable materials are strictly banned on the property.

11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon: No Charge
Late Check-out Charges
11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon: No Charge
12:00 Noon – 05:00 PM: ₹150 per hour
Snacks are available through room service.
Please switch off the air conditioner when leaving the room, as it operates independently of the room key system.
