Santisudha | A Pause from the Ordinary

Your reservation and stay are subject to the following terms.

BOOKING & RESERVATION

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from Santisudha.
Room availability is subject to confirmation.
Tariffs are applicable for the dates and occupancy confirmed at the time of booking.
Any change in dates, room category or number of guests is subject to availability and revised tariff (if applicable).

ADVANCE PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

A non-refundable advance of ₹1,000 per room is required to confirm a reservation.
The balance amount is to be paid at check-in or as advised at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: UPI and cash.
Failure to make the required payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in: No penalty (advance may be adjusted, if applicable).
Cancellations within 3–6 days: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations within 2 days / no-show / early departure: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Date changes are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

GUEST INFORMATION & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests listed in the booking confirmation are permitted to stay in the rooms.
Additional or unregistered guests require prior approval and may attract additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID Card) is required at check-in.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in time: 12:00 noon
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Prior check-in and / or deferred check-out may be considered subject to availability of the room.
Early check-in or late check-out (after 11:00 AM) may be charged at ₹150 per hour.

DAMAGE, LOSS & PROPERTY

Guests are responsible for any loss, breakage or damage to Santisudha property, furnishings, fixtures, linen or other items caused during their stay.
Applicable repair / replacement costs may be charged to the guest.

PROPERTY LIABILITY

Santisudha shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings where reasonable precautions have not been taken.
Guests are advised to secure their rooms and valuables appropriately.

CCTV & PRIVACY

CCTV surveillance operates in designated common areas of the property for safety and security.
CCTV is not installed in private guest areas.

RIGHT TO REFUSE / TERMINATE A STAY

Santisudha reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay where there is serious violation of property rules, unlawful activity, abusive behaviour, threat to safety or substantial disturbance to other guests.

FORCE MAJEURE

Santisudha shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, major infrastructure failures or other unforeseen events.

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

Guests are requested to report any concerns during their stay so Santisudha has the opportunity to address them promptly.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bolpur, West Bengal, India.

By making a reservation or staying at Santisudha, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Rules & Regulations.
